About Us
Our
History
Biddulph & Salenger was
established in 1905 when Philip James Biddulph & Robert Michael
Salenger entered into partnership after practising separately in
the western New South Wales town of Bourke during the latter
part of the 19th century.
In 1968 the practice of Davies
Stewart & Dunn merged with Biddulph & Salenger thereby
commencing Warwick Dunn’s long involvement in the practice.
In 1986 the practice of Clifton R.
Penny & Davies managed by Maryanne Ofner was acquired following
the passing of that firm’s proprietor.
Biddulph & Salenger moved to its
current premises in Milsons Point in 1972.
In 2005 the Lindfield practice of
Amanda Blackman merged with Biddulph & Salenger when she became
a partner.

Maryanne
Ofner
Maryanne
is an accredited family law specialist. After several years of
general and community legal practice in the city and country she
became a partner in 1987. Maryanne was a member of the
Guardianship Tribunal for 12 years and brings her vast
experience in the law to a wide variety of work which she
enjoys.

Amanda
Blackman
Amanda
is a property lawyer who was admitted to practice in 1987. She
became a partner at Biddulph & Salenger in 2005 after working in
mid-sized firms and running her own sole practice for many
years. Amanda has a commonsense, efficient yet personal approach
to the resolution of property and commercial matters and
endeavours to demystify the legal process with advice that is
easy to understand.

Edyta
Zurawski
Edyta has
worked as our paralegal since 2002 on a part time basis until
completion of her law degree in 2006. Since then she has joined
us full time as a legal assistant to Maryanne Ofner and from
July, 2007 as a solicitor.

Dunn
Warwick has
been involved with Biddulph & Salenger since 1968. As a partner
he devoted his working life to the needs of our clients and the
delivery of personal, reliable service. Now, as our senior
lawyer and mentor, Warwick provides clients, partners and staff
with the benefit of his extensive legal knowledge, experience
and wisdom.
