Franchises
If you are a franchisee, we will
review & negotiate the terms of the franchise agreement, as well
as any associated lease.
Retail and Commercial Leases
We act for Lessors in the
preparation of retail and commercial leases. We have the
experience to prepare a lease from the smallest shop to a large
retail outlet or whole building.
If you are a Lessee, we will
review and negotiate the terms of any commercial or retail lease
and ensure proper disclosure is made pursuant to the Retail
Leases Act 1994.
Mortgages and Refinancing
We liaise with your mortgagee to
ensure all its requirements are complied with. If you are
discharging your existing mortgage or refinancing a loan we will
organise this on your behalf.
If you are a mortgagee we will
draft the mortgage documentation and attend to registration in
order to ensure your interest in the land or property is
protected.
Property Disputes
We can advise you on all property
related disputes such as dividing fences, encroachments or
problems with neighbouring properties. At times disputes arise
in the conveyancing process and we are usually able to
effectively negotiate a resolution in a most cost effective
fashion.
In relation to any property
related matter early advice will help you establish your legal
rights and minimise your liability.
